The investment objective of the Patrimonial Real Estate Fund II is to achieve long-term capital appreciation through acquisition and transformation of existing patrimonial real estate.
The fund will primarily engage in hospitality, with some limited mixed-use commercial, retail, high-end office and residential investments. The fund may also invest in partial equity investments that have similar patrimonial assets, or an equity component or are related to its equity investments. The partnership will invest a minimum of 70% of its fund into key European gateway cities, such as London, Paris, Milan, Rome, Geneva, Vienna and South France.
